• Close down any internet explorer pages

• Go to your Control Panel

• Double click on Internet Options

• At the top of the window you will see different tab menu options - click on Privacy

• At the bottom of the window you will now see a section called Web Sites with text stating "To override cookie handling for individual web sites. click the edit button" - Click the edit button to the right

• You should now see the cursor flashing in the Address of web site box

• Type the following: http://www.housenetwork.co.uk

• Click on the allow button to the right

• Our site should now have moved into the managed web site box. Click OK, and connect to the internet, visit www.housenetwork.co.uk and hopefully this will solve the problem for you.
