Each client will now receive weekly rightmove statistics dedicated to their specific property performance. The details will be published into their housenetwork online account, and will show both 7 and 14 day statistics based on total search result impressions and total number of clickthroughs to full details shown. 

 

Included within the information are conversion rate percentages in comparison to our branch averages with full commentary and explanation of what the statistics mean to your chances of selling. 

 

Selling a property has become much more analytical and we are proud to offer this service level as a guarantee to our customers.

 

Many traditional estate agents do not fully understand the power of online statistics, and this can seriously effect your chances of selling. Statistics are now a crucial part of what we do at housenetwork and how we interact with a client and keep them informed of the marketing performance.
