As standard, you receive your very own personal account when selling your property with House Network Estates. We have listened to thousands of our clients about the most important aspects of the moving home experience, and an overwhelming majority wanted access to data to see what we were doing behind the scenes.
Your online account has been devised to offer you
the

Viewing Restrictions:
An area to confirm when you are available for
viewings. You can use this as a general guide or
update it weekly, so that our viewing team are
fully aware of when it is more convenient to
arrange appointments. This basically helps us,
you and the viewer, as we can reduce the number
of calls required to confirm a viewing.
Your moving status:
An area to confirm whether you are chain free, looking for a property or vacating. We get asked this question constantly by viewers, so again organisation and communication can enhance the buyers experience of using us.
Viewing Area:
You can view pending and confirmed viewings, so that you can never forget when they are booked for.
Feedback Area:
We call every single viewer to gain their feedback and whether they are interested in making an offer. The comments are added into your account, so you will never have to chase us for feedback.
Statistics:
View how many brochures we have sent to buyers either via email or post. You can also view the numbers of people who have visited your website.
Photography Management:
We have to take photographs of every room within your property under the misdescriptions act so that we can verify any photos you may want to include within your marketing (we upload once approved). However, we do give you access to decide in what order your photos are displayed and what ones are included within your printable brochure.
All data within your online account is updated in real-time, ie: minute-by-minute so you can literally see how your marketing is progressing at any time day or night.
