We want all our
customers to be 100% satisfied with the service we provide.
To make it clear to our clients, we list the service you
should receive from us.
1) We will visit your property and offer virtual tours, floorplans, digital photographs and particulars. Once this has taken place we have fulfilled our upfront selling option visual design appointment.
2) We then build your dedicated website and forward the information to our associated websites, once you approve the details. If you do not activate your marketing no refund will be due as we have performed our obligations of the home visit, but your marketing days willl remain valid until you do. You will then be
searchable on our partner sites, within a period of 72 hours
(except for any problems caused by the actual partner).
3) We allocate a set number of marketing days within your account - these will stay valid even if you pause your marketing, so you may return at any stage.
If you are not happy that we have performed to the above statements, the
following rules apply.
- You must inform us of any
issues that do not apply to the above statements
- We will be allocated 7 days
to rectify the situation
- If we fail to resolve the
problem, we will refund your complete payment and
remove your property from our listing
