When you instruct House Network Estates to sell your house, we work extremely hard on presenting your home to the highest standard. We take unlimited wide angle photographs, create floor plans and produce stunning virtual tours.

This not only offers excellent service levels, but it enables prospective buyers to basically conduct a virtual viewing from their own computer. By presenting unlimited information to viewers it enables them to make decisions without having to arrange viewings and as such it will reduce the number of viewings required to sell your house.

Floor plans are a great way to show prospective buyers how you navigate around your home. It clearly shows important factors like staircase positions, windows, doors and a general view of the sizes of each room in proportion to each other. It is a floor space guide and not a professional architect floorplan, as a result window and doors are standard sizes for information purposes only.

By having a floor plan layout guide it should diminish the chances of a buyer giving feedback such as "there was no downstairs bathroom", " or "we were looking for a property with a hallway instead of entering straight into the lounge", which should limit the amount of time wasting viewing appointments.

Virtual tours are a superb way of showing the major benefits and internal condition of your property. They offer stunning visualisations for prospective buyers and allow them the comfort of having a virtual viewing from within their own home and in their own time.

As standard we produce virtual tours of 3/4 rooms/areas of your choice. However, if you have a number of areas to shoot, we can offer more on the day of your visual design appointment.

As part of our visual design appointment, we work extremely hard on producing an unlimited amount of digital photographs to increase the presentation levels of your property. Our intention is to show buyers all areas of your property, to help them get a feeling of the internal layout and condition of your home, which in turn will assist you as sellers, as only interested buyers should request viewings.

As our client, you have the power to decide how many photographs are taken on the day of our visual design visit, and this can be discussed either with our sales team or our local agent on the day. In addition, you can delete any photographs from your particulars within your online account.

Powered by our floorplan production - the videos literally take buyers through your front door and navigate from room to room, showing the space and layout of your home. The video is not geared to give an impression of what your property looks like as of now, but it is used to show the buyer what it could look like as a showhome - the video will even change designs of kitchen and other rooms to show contrasting styles.

To further enhance the presentation of your marketing we can also upgrade your 2D Floor plans, (which are included for free within the visual design appointment), into more visually attractive 3D models. The floorplans will add standard furniture to make the property layout more user friendly and eye catching.
